Slice, chop, peel, stir, simmer, press…here we are, cooking for you! Our kitchen is your kitchen, just with a few differences in size: larger pans, planetary mixers rather than whisks, deep fryers rather than pans.
Apart from that, there are no secrets, everything done just as you would do it: traditional recipes, fresh ingredients, selected with careful thought about the territory and what is in season, and chosen without preservatives, simple preparation, to be kept in the fridge, transparent, single-material packaging. This is who we are.
